Refund policy

hopeclubshop.ca does not accept returns or exchanges on sealed Sports Cards boxes/products and TCG. Sales for these products are final sale at the time of purchase. 

Small Tears, Scuffs, and separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap are completely normal and will not be grounds for compensation. All our products are sourced from official Canadian Distributors.

hopeclubshop.ca is not responsible for lost or stolen items. hopeclubshop.ca will package all collectibles to ensure it is safe. However, once it is in the courier's hands we are not responsible for damaged goods. 

ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE.
If there is an exception, the cancellation of will incur a penalty of 10% processing fee. No exceptions.

PRE-ORDER PRICE PROTECTION

If we lower the price of a pre-order product before its release date you can reach out to online@hopeclubshop.ca for a price adjustment. However, once your order has fulfilled, we will be unable to adjust the price.

If we raise the price of a pre-order product, the cost to you will not change.
